Payment


The following methods of payment are accepted: PayPal and Credit/Debit card payments PayPal, Debit/Credit Card,: We will post your item/s within 1-3 working days. PayPal eCheque: Only once PayPal have notified us that your eCheque has cleared, we will dispatch the item/items. Once payment has been completed, we will dispatch your item/items within 1-3 working days regardless of the delivery service/courier you have been offered or paid for.

Terms and Conditions


All UK and EC transactions are covered by the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000.
Cancellation Rights: You have the right to cancel this order within 7 working days, beginning the day after the day on which you receive the goods (this is the cancellation period. If you wish to cancel this transaction, you must advise us Via eBay messenger
You (the consumer) have a statutory duty to take reasonable care of the goods whilst in your possession.
You must arrange for the safe return of goods to Digiflex Limited, the cost of which is to be borne by you, failing which, we will recover the goods, the cost of which will be deducted from any refund due to you. On the cancellation of the transaction, we shall refund you the full cost of the transaction (cost of goods and outgoing postage) when the goods have been received by us or within 30 days of cancellation. Where goods do not conform to the implied terms set out under the Sale of Goods Act 1979, the cost of recovering the goods will be borne by us. It is your statutory duty to ensure that reasonable care is taken of any goods in your possession.
Damaged or Faulty Goods: If, upon delivery, your item is damaged or faulty you can return it to us for a replacement or refund. Please return the goods to us within 14 days of delivery. We will refund all costs associated with the purchase, including outgoing and return postage. The item should be returned to us in the condition it was received. All refunds will usually be made by reversing your original payment within 7 days and at the latest within 30 days of receiving your returned item. If this item subsequently becomes defective we will remedy this in accordance with your statutory rights outlined in the Sale of Goods Act 1979. The warranty covers defective materials or workmanship, but does not cover misuse, wilful damage or normal wear and tear.


Mobile Phone Terms

All items include a 14 day money back guarantee and a free 1 year hassle free warranty against all hardware faults and 90 day warranty on battery faults.
The warranty covers all hardware problems but does not cover misuse, wilful damage and normal wear and tear. We will also not be able to accept the phone back if you have had any repairs done by a third party.
Damaged or Faulty Goods Upon Delivery
If, upon delivery, your item is damaged or faulty you can return it to us for a replacement or refund. Please return the goods to us within 14 days of delivery.
If a refund is required and the phone is found to be faulty we will refund all costs associated with the purchase, including outgoing and return postage. If the item is found to be not faulty we will not cover the postage costs. The item should be returned to us in the condition it was received.
Please note, as advertised the item will have some signs of use and minor cosmetic marks. If you wish to return the item for this reason, we will not cover the return postage as the item is not faulty.
Faulty Goods During the Warranty Period
If your item becomes damaged or faulty after the 14 day cancellation period, up to 365 days after the purchase date or up to 90 days after the purchase date for a battery fault, you can return it to us for a replacement only.
If the 365 days or 90 days for battery faults has expired, then we will no longer be able to replace or refund the phone.


Returns


If you would like to return and item, Please contact us via ebay. You can find The "Contact Seller" option through your recently purchased orders page.
It is recommended that if the purchase price of the item is £39.99 or below please return the item by First Class post. We recommend that if the value is £40 to £49.99 the item is returned by Signed For delivery and for items priced above £50 by Special Delivery. We are not responsible for any items posted to us that go missing in the delivery system. It is your statutory duty to ensure that reasonable care is taken of any goods in your possession. You should therefore ensure that they are well packed as missing parts or broken packages will have to be paid for.


If you are returning a phone please make sure that the handset you are returning is restored to factory settings and all personal data, pin locks & accounts are removed, this includes your Apple ID (Account details used for iTunes & App store).
To remove your Apple ID and information please follow the instructions below.

1: Go to the settings menu and select General settings.
2: Scroll down and select Reset.
3. Select Erase all content and settings.

If you are unable to access the phone due to a screen or battery fault, please follow the instructions below to remove the Id.

1. Sign in to iCloud.com with your Apple ID.
2. Go to Find My iPhone.
3. Select All Devices to open a list of devices linked to your account, then select the device to be removed.
4. Click Remove from Account.

If any of your data remains on the handset, this will delay the return procedure. Please note if your phone is locked to your Apple ID when we receive it, we will be unable to issue a replacement or a refund until it has been removed.


Cancellation Rights
